Joachim studied General tour guiding and leadership course, he was awarded a field certificate of Tour guiding and leadership 2013, also he likes bird watching, he is a member of Arusha birding tour(club). Currently he is among Excellent guides Early life and career.
Joachim was born in Arusha and spend most of his life in Arusha, his parents origin from the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro (Kilimanjaro region)
